My Favorite Frightening Movie Moments

If there's Todd Tucker is a specialist in horror make-up effects and his company Drac Studios has three Oscars to prove it (For a tour of Drac Studios, click here). We asked Tucker for his five most terrifying movie moments:
Robert
Shaw in Jaws (1975)
- Jaws (1975) - When Bruce the shark attacks Quint (Robert Shaw) and drags his half-eaten body under water. I still won't swim in the ocean. No joke.
- Halloween (1978) - Towards the end of the movie, Michael Myers corners his sister Laurie in a closet. He breaks through the door, sees her, then turns out the light, ready to kill. This one triggered a lot of childhood nightmares.
The Howling (1981)
- The Howling (1981) - The transformation scene was one of the best and most visually graphic I'd ever scene as a kid. Not to mention I just love werewolf movies.
- A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) - In the first film, one of the characters has a nightmare and see Freddy chasing her down an alley with his arms extended out from wall to wall. The image was totally creepy.
- The Wolf Man (1941) - A true classic and one of my all time favorites. When The Wolfman attacks the gravedigger in the woods, he seemed really fast and aggressive. Plus he looked cool.
